We attended a navigation course with Iain yesterday.
The whole day was superb and we have both gained lots of new skills which will allow us to venture onto the hills safely and with confidence.

This was the first time booking with Iain and I doubt it will be the last. We loved how much equipment he provided to make sure we where safe and comfortable, complimented with is local knowledge about the activity and natural environment we where scrambling through. A fantastic day of rock climbing and ghyll scrambling, made so under the careful guidance and expert support provided by Iain. Such a quality day out, for two active children aged 12 and 14 and their mum who struggles to keep up!!
Unlike other providers, we had Iain’s professional guidance all to ourselves, safety was paramount and Iain was quick to work out each of our strengths and abilities. I really appreciated the walking boots provided for the ghyll scrambling. Looking forward to further days out Iain, thank you so much for the opportunity to try something new and for some great memories.

Thanks so much for our extreme Gorge walking/Canyoning experience for my 2 boys and I.

Had an absolutely incredible day climbing and getting an introduction to lead/trad climbing with Iain at upper scout crag, beautiful spot and some great routes. Iain is a great teacher and very comfortable on the rock which helped me feel more at ease through some of the more scary bits. I would definitely book with Iain again if/when I go back for more climbing.

What an amazing experience gorge walking with Iain. We were a family of four and Iain was fab with the children - very encouraging and patient. By the end of the session we were jumping off rocks into the water 😄. Would thoroughly recommend this to anyone!
